About me

From Greece to New York: This is My Story

My goal is to share the authentic flavors of Greece with you, alongside other delicious baked goods. I grew up making Spanakopita with my Yaya, who taught me to roll out dough from scratch, and tasting my aunt's homemade desserts. Their dedication to home cooking inspires me to this day.

I bake traditional and modern regional variations of baklava, including Baklava Rolls (Saragli) and Baklava Rolls with Kataifi Phyllo (Giannotiko). While I only bake specific shelf-stable goods due to NY regulations, Greek cuisine is so rich that there is always plenty to choose from!

Every order is baked fresh with quality ingredients.
