Cancellation Policy

For cancelations the day before of your order before 10am, you will be refunded 100% of your order except of any card fees. 

For example, if your order is for Tuesday and you cancel anytime before 10am on Monday then you will be refunded.

Same day cancellations, or no show ups no refund will be issued.

You can always pick up your baked goods the next 2 days but please understand that will be older.

For smaller order through social media I run the honest system (no need prior payment but due on pick up. In case of no show up or last minute cancellation, will not be able to accept orders without a pre-payment of at least 50% of the order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve investigated your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days the amount except of shipping and card fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
