About me

Hi, I’m Christina, and I’m originally from Greece! I moved to Hudson Falls, New York (upstate New York) about three years ago, and because of my love for baking, I decided to start a small home-based bakery here, operating under the NY cottage food exemption.

My goal is to share the authentic flavors of Greece with you along with some other desserts. I grew up making spanakopita with my yaya, who taught me to roll out dough from scratch and my aunt's homemade desserts. Their dedication to homemade cooking inspires me to this day.

I bake baklava, offering both traditional and modern and regional variations like baklava rolls (saragli), baklava rolls with Phyllo (Giannotiko), and more. While I can only bake specific shelf-stable goods due to regulations, Greek cuisine is so rich that there’s plenty to choose from!

Everything is baked fresh to order so when you select a date during the order you will notice that I get order after two days as I need to gather all the ingredients and start baking so you can enjoy fresh!
